FLASHBACK FRIDAY!
It’s Flashback Friday! This past June, our 7th and 8th grade students participated in First Responders Week programming. They enjoyed presentations conducted by the Union County Sheriff’s K-9 & Rescue Unit and the Summit Police Department Drone Unit. The students visited the Summit Fire Headquarters and learned from local firefighters about what they do and how they work with the community. The students engaged in demonstrations at the Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad, spoke with volunteers, and practiced basic CPR skills. Thank you to our community partners for making this experience possible!
